I had been doing a massive cleaning of my room, and for some reason, the first thing I wanted to draw was this. I haven't drawn Skunk and Harry for a while...I've liked them, tolerated them, loved them, liked them, hated them, and liked them in that order over the past 18 months. I've managed to recover well since putting them behind this summer's comic.

I was listening to a recast American Top 40 from 1981 while doing this. The second picture was done to Bob Seger's version of "Tryin' to Live My Life Without You", which I really thought was one of the sort of love songs these two would have. Or maybe I should stop breathing near nail polish.
